Today marks the first day of mine and Josh’s mutual attempt at losing weight. We had a long talk last night, and we’ve both decided to work together and get some of this weight that we’ve accumulated over the past couple of years off! I’ve decided to partly use my blog to track my goals, measurements, etc. I really think it will help us, and I’m really excited about it. I got the idea from Jenn, and I thought I would jump on the bandwagon and see how it works out for me. So, without further adieu, I give you my first ‘weigh-in’.
Kristie
Starting weight: 183.8 lbs.
Weekly goal: -2 lbs.
Exercise(s): Pilates (20 minutes), treadmill (15-30 minutes) daily.
Josh (He wanted me to track his, too.)
Starting weight: 206 lbs.
Weekly goal: -3 lbs.
Exercise(s): Unknown
And there you have it. Hopefully next Tuesday all our goals will be met. :smile: Wish us luck!
