The worst part about burning or injuring your fingertips is that they’re loaded with nerve endings, and thus injuries there hurt way more than injuries sustained elsewhere on the body.

When you’re busy, it’s amazing how quickly time passes. It never seems as long as it’s really been. Sometimes I go a few weeks without blogging, but it seems like I JUST blogged yesterday.

I know what you mean about the hands. When I used to work at Kodak, my fingers were so ugly from all the cuts I got from the machines, and my nails were a mess. I guess it comes with the job.

Hope your family day was fun :) What’d you guys end up doing?

Not a Harry Potter (or as I refer to him, Harry Pothead) fan. I never understood the hype - but those type of movies have never really been my thing.

Hey there! Hmm, I’m sorry that you have been working a lot. It does get stressful after a bit. I remember when I worked for like a week or two in a row I definitely needed some Cassie time, haha. Fast food work is surprisingly dangerous! I still bear a few scars from various encounters with hot oil, hot fry baskets, parts of the broiler, and other incidents.

We watch Kipper a lot… and yes, those photos are dirty! ;)
